Empathy without operational change remains purely theoretical. True inclusion happens when intent listening directly informs micro-adjustments subtle, real-time recalibrations in our communication, environments, processes, and leadership styles.
Micro-adjustments are the practical mechanism of equity. While grand policy shifts take time, micro-adjustments are immediate, low-barrier adaptations that dismantle everyday friction points for individuals navigating trauma, neurodivergence, physical disability, depression, or historical marginalization.
